Where billing lives
Billing lives at Settings → Billing (/settings/billing). Click your user avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, choose ⚙ Settings, then pick Billing from the left rail. From there you can see your current plan, credit balance, past invoices, and manage your subscription. For detailed pricing, visit the pricing page.
Managing your subscription
bizSupply bills through two channels — the Billing page shows which one applies to your org:
| Channel | How | Where to manage |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe (direct) | You entered a card on the Billing page. | Manage subscription on the Billing page opens Stripe's self-serve portal — update your card, change plan, cancel, download invoices. |
| Google Cloud Marketplace | You signed up via Google Cloud Marketplace. | Charges appear on your Google Cloud bill. Change plan or cancel in Google Cloud Marketplace; your bizSupply plan updates within ~24 hours. |
Invoices
Invoices are in the Invoices section on the Billing page. Stripe customers can also download them from Stripe's portal; Google Cloud Marketplace customers get invoices through Google's billing.
Upgrading
From the Billing page, pick a plan and click its action button. Stripe customers confirm the change in Stripe's portal; the new credit allotment applies on the next billing cycle, and an immediate mid-cycle upgrade is pro-rated automatically.
Downgrading or cancelling
- Stripe: Manage subscription → pick a lower plan or Cancel subscription.
You keep your current plan until the end of the paid period, then switch to Free.
- Google Cloud Marketplace: cancel in Google Cloud Marketplace. Same rule — you
keep the current plan until the paid period ends.
Common questions
- "I can't upgrade — the button is greyed out." Only users with the OWNER or ADMIN
role can change the plan. Ask your workspace owner.
- "I was charged but my account still shows Free." For Stripe this should update
within a minute — refresh the page. For Marketplace, activation can take up to 24 hours; if it's been longer, open a support ticket.
- "Where do I see my credit balance?" On the Billing page, below the plan summary.
