Getting around bizSupply
bizSupply is organised around a single left sidebar. Every page you can reach sits under one of two sidebar sections: Navigation and Data Management. Everything settings-related lives in a single Settings area accessed from the user-avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar. A workspace switcher and your profile shortcut sit alongside it.

Navigation

| Overview | The Dashboard. KPIs across your contracts, upcoming renewals, vendor concentration, spend trends, and any documents that need your attention. This is the app's home page. |
| Contracts | The full list of every contract bizSupply has extracted from your sources, plus a detail view per contract with extracted fields, the original document, and related invoices. |
Data Management

| Ontologies | The taxonomies that describe what kinds of documents exist in your organisation and which fields should be extracted from each. |
Settings
Settings are accessed from the user-avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar — click your name, then ⚙ Settings. This opens a dedicated /settings page with a left rail of sub-tabs:

| Profile | Your name, email, role, and active organization. |
| Currency | The default currency used across dashboards and benchmarks (OWNER/ADMIN only). |
| Billing | Your plan, credit balance, invoices, and payment method. |
| Notifications | Configure renewal alerts — how far in advance you want to be warned about upcoming renewals. |
| Teams & Roles | Invite colleagues, manage roles (OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER), remove users. |
| API Keys | Create and revoke API keys for programmatic access (needed for Claude Desktop / Cursor / Claude Code integrations). |
| Benchmark Configs | Configure which benchmarks run against your contracts (e.g. energy-price benchmarks). |
Each tab is deep-linkable (e.g. /settings/billing, /settings/teams) so you can bookmark or share a direct link.
How to navigate
- Click any sidebar item to go to that page.
- For settings, click your user avatar at the bottom of the sidebar → ⚙ Settings.
- The current page is highlighted in the sidebar; the current settings tab
is highlighted in the left rail.
- The URL reflects the page (e.g.
/sources,/contracts,/contracts/<id>,
/settings/billing).
- Use the browser back button to return to the previous page.
Workspace & profile (bottom of sidebar)
The workspace name (e.g. "Bernardo's Workspace") is your organisation — all your data is scoped to it. Clicking your name opens your profile and the Log out option.
Finding help
- Click the floating bizAssistant bubble in the bottom-right corner of any
page to ask a question. It can cite these docs, look up your recent documents, jobs, and sources, and open a support ticket on your behalf.
- If bizAssistant can't solve it, use
the support portal directly.
